Launched and scaled the app to 200k+ DAU and 4M+ downloads.
Established Regain as one of India's most-loved productivity apps for students, maintaining a 4.7-star rating with 83k reviews on the Play Store.
Owned the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, executing 50+ launches over 2 years to optimize the onboarding funnel, retention, and monetization.
Led growth initiatives via Google and Meta Ads, successfully optimizing ROAS to scale sustainably & become profitable.
Scaled the design function from a solo contributor role by hiring and managing a team of two designers.

A design research lab led by a group of designers, psychologists, and policy researchers.

Worked as a user research consultant with 1990 Labs.

Kick-started a community for creators – Thousand Faces Club, to serve as a marketing engine for the core product at Phyllo.
Owned content strategy, brand design, and community operations; launched the community website, newsletter, and YouTube channel.
Collaborated with 30+ creators (10M+ total followers) to conduct interviews, virtual events, and masterclasses.

Apr 2021 - Jun 2021 (3 mons)

Helped the team during the transition of the rebrand from Cuddle.ai to Crux Intelligence.
Worked predominantly on implementing their design system on Figma.
